My engraving has been on hold for a long time as I prepared for this move. It will probably be another month or two before the studio is in any condition for productive work. Right now the tools and supplies are stacked in boxes in an unfinished room in the basement.

I have never worked with an pneumatic graver (and iīm sure Iīll never learn it
I made an engraver training for three years. Now I study and I canīt engrave anymore because i moved i left all my engraver stuff at home. Which is sad because now I had the chance and the time to engrave what I want
Thatīs the special school were I made my training

There´s old wave there´s new wave and there is DAVID BOWIE
I realized that there arenīt many engravings on DeviantArt so your gallery is really interesting.
When did you start engraving and what kind of tools do you use?

I started engraving about 3 years ago, first with chased gravers then I purchased a power assist pneumatic graver made by Steve Lindsay [link] which I love. Since I just finished the Bighorn Sheep die project I'm now thinking about what to do next. I think your engravings are beautiful and remind me of the works by Giancarlo Pedretti.
